QUESTION: I am going out of town, should I notify my local Police Department that I will be gone?

ANSWER: If you are going on vacation or out of town for a few days please notify us and we will gladly do extra security patrol around your home or property. NOTE: A copy of the security form can be found under the "Forms" link on the main page.


QUESTION: I have been noticing suspicious activity and am not sure if I should notify the police.

ANSWER: If you are noticing suspicious activity in your neighborhood please feel free to call or email us to discuss this with our office. Your name can remain anonymous.


QUESTON: I have a question about a report that Cuba Police Department took and would like to know how to follow up on it.


ANSWER: Please contact us by phone or email us with your question and we will have the officer that took the report contact you.


QUESTION: I got a traffic ticket from an officer from the Cuba Police Department and want to know how much the fine will be and where to pay the fine at.


ANSWER: Traffic Fines can be droppped off at the Cuba Police Department during normal business hours. Place your check or money order, (No cash) in a sealed envelope made out to the Cuba Municipal Court, P.O. Box 292, Cuba, MO 65453 and it will be given to the Court Clerk. To find out how much the fine is please call our office or email us.


QUESTION: I was involved in a Traffic Accident within the City Limits of Cuba, how do I get a copy of the report?

ANSWER: A copy of your Traffic Accident Report is available at the Cuba Police Department or by fax or email. Please allow 3-5 working days for the report to be finished.


QUESTION: I need to take the written or driving test and heard I can take my test at the Cuba Police Department?

ANSWER: The Missouri State Highway Patrol is currently giving these tests in the Courtroom of the Cuba Police Department on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. They are available through the lunch hour. (You need to be here to take the test no later than 3:30 PM in order to have time to take the test).


QUESTION: What are the Court Dates for the Cuba Municpal Court and what time does court start?

ANSWER: Cuba Municipal Court is held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month in the Court room located inside the Cuba Police Department. Court is held at 7:00 PM.


QUESTION: What are the office hours of the Cuba Police Department?

ANSWER: The office of the Cuba Police Department are Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, with the office being closed from 12:00 noon until 1:00 PM.


QUESTION: I found what looks like propane tanks on my property, should I bring them to the police department?

ANSWER: Propane Tanks found on your property should NOT be touched except by Law Enforcement Officials. These tanks have often been used for the Manufacturing of Methamphetamine and can be very dangerous. Please notify your local law enforcement agency if you find any questionable items on your property.
